Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) has completed the acquisition of 3,84,04,205 (Three Crore Eighty-Four Lakh Four Thousand Two Hundred Five) equity shares of HATSOFF Helicopter Training Pvt. Ltd. from CAE, Canada. Each share has a face value of ₹10. This represents CAE Canada's entire 50% stake in the joint venture.
