HAL Appoints Kota Ravi Chairman & MD

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd appoints Shri Kota Ravi as Chairman & Managing Director effective 1st May 2026.
The appointment is based on a Ministry of Defence letter and his term extends until superannuation on 30th June 2029.
Kota Ravi was previously Director (Operations) and played a key role in securing HAL's Maharatna status.
He brings over 30 years of experience and has led major defense contracts including 180 LCA Tejas for IAF.
