Haldyn Glass Limited has disclosed an acquisition of additional stake in Jamnagar Renewables Two Private Limited. The company will invest an amount of ₹1.44 crores to acquire 14,40,817 equity shares. Each share has a face value of ₹10 and is being acquired at an issue price of ₹10 per equity share.

Jamnagar Renewables Two Private Limited is engaged in the business of generation of electricity from renewable energy sources. The acquisition is for the purpose of procurement of renewable power under a captive generation scheme, as per a Power Consumption Agreement entered with them. The company confirms that this acquisition does not qualify as a related party transaction, and no promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have any interest in the entity being acquired.

The target entity operates in the Power Sector – Renewable Energy industry. It was incorporated on May 14, 2024, and is a subsidiary of Continuum Green Energy Limited. The existing paid-up capital of Jamnagar Renewables Two Private Limited as of the date of this disclosure is ₹80.10 crores. No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this acquisition.
