Hamps Bio Ltd completes acquisition of 100% equity of HSDL Innovative Private Limited effective March 25, 2026.
Total cash purchase consideration for the acquisition stands at ₹2,04,00,000 (Rupees Two Crore Four Lakhs).
HSDL Innovative Private Limited becomes a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Hamps Bio Ltd post-acquisition.
