Hampton Sky Hospitality, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hampton Sky Realty Ltd, executed an MoU for a prospective joint development of a large-scale mixed-use project in Ludhiana.
A refundable security deposit of ₹5 crores was paid to counterparties, with an additional ₹5 crores payable upon land registration, adjustable against future revenue share.
The binding obligation is contingent on consolidating a minimum of 50 acres of land with clear title by 15th December 2026.
The MoU grants HSHPL a first charge on the project land and rights to demand definitive agreements prior to achieving the land consolidation threshold.
