The letter also serves as a reminder to update KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024, and to dematerialize physical securities. The circular mandates that all listed companies must record:
