Hariom Pipe Industries invested ₹10 crore in its renewable energy subsidiary Hariom Power and Energy.
The investment was made via a preferential allotment of 714,286 equity shares at ₹140 per share.
Post-investment, Hariom Pipe's stake in the subsidiary increases to 78.70%.
The capital infusion aims to strengthen the subsidiary for completing a renewable energy project.
