The Board of Directors of the Corporation, in its meeting held on 12th August 2026, approved the appointment of Shri Hitesh Kumar Meena, IAS, as Director in an Independent capacity on the Board of the Corporation.

Shri Hitesh Kumar Meena, IAS, is 31 years old and holds an M.Tech degree. He has multi-department experience and currently serves as Additional Secretary to Government, Haryana, in both the Finance Department and Public Works (B&R) Department. He also holds the position of Additional Chief Executive Officer of Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran.
Shareholding and Relationships
The disclosure confirms that Shri Meena does not hold any equity shares of the Corporation in his personal capacity and is not related to any Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Corporation.
