Delisting Offer Details
The delisting offer aims to acquire up to 13,19,900 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of ₹10 each from public shareholders, constituting 0.64% of the total paid-up equity and voting share capital of Haryana Financial Corporation.
Key Change in Management
HFC intimated via letter reference no. HFC/LET/BSE/2026/585 dated September 10, 2026, that the State Government vide orders no. 1/142/2026-1SII dated September 08, 2026, has appointed Shri Vinay Pratap Singh, IAS, as the Managing Director of HFC and HSIIDC in place of Shri Sushil Sarwan, IAS, with effect from September 10, 2026.
