Hathway Appoints Deloitte as Auditors for 5 Years

At the Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, the members of Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration No. 117364W/W100739) as Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years. The term commences from the conclusion of the 66th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 71st Annual General Meeting.

Transition Arrangement

To ensure smooth transition, Deloitte Haskins & Sells will act as Joint Auditors along with the present auditors, Nayan Parikh & Co (Firm Registration No. 107023W), until the conclusion of the 67th Annual General Meeting. Thereafter, Deloitte will continue as the sole Auditor until the conclusion of the 71st Annual General Meeting.
