Document Availability

The Notice of the AGM for financial year 2025-26 has been dispatched to members whose email address is not registered with the Company/MUFG intime India Private Limited (the Company's RTA). All documents referred to in the Notice are available electronically for inspection by members from the date of circulation of the Notice.

The company is providing members with two methods of electronic voting:

2. Insta Poll: Electronic voting during the AGM for members who attend and have not cast votes by remote e-voting
