Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited has announced that its Sixty-sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 03:00 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
The Notice of the AGM and the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year 2025-26, along with the Board's Report and Auditors' Report, will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company, its Registrar and Transfer Agent (MUFG Intime India Private Limited), Depository Participants, or Depositories. For members without registered email addresses, a letter with a web-link to access the Annual Report will be sent. These documents will also be available on the Company's website (www.hathway.com) and on the stock exchange websites (BSE: www.bseindia.com and NSE: www.nseindia.com).
Shareholder Instructions
- Physical shareholders must register/update their email address by submitting Form ISR-1 (available on www.hathway.com) along with supporting documents to the RTA at C-101, Embassy 247, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai - 400 083.
- Demat shareholders must register/update their email address directly with their Depository Participant(s).
Voting Procedures
Members can cast votes through remote e-voting (available to all shareholders regardless of shareholding mode) or vote at the AGM through Insta Poll if they haven't voted remotely. Login credentials for remote e-voting will be sent via email. Members who don't receive credentials can generate them by following instructions in the AGM notice. These same credentials can be used to attend the AGM.

Members can attend the AGM through VC/OAVM using the JioEvents platform at https://jioevents.jio.com/hathwayagm. Detailed instructions for joining and voting are provided in the AGM notice.
