Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has made a disclosure to BSE Limited under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the forfeiture of partly paid-up equity shares.
The company had made a Rights Issue and allotted 50,75,000 partly paid-up equity shares on 13th March, 2023. Call money was received for 50,60,541 equity shares, leaving 14,459 equity shares with unpaid call money.
The company issued multiple notices to shareholders regarding the unpaid call money:
- First and final call money notice dated 30th May, 2023
- Final call money-cum-forfeiture notice dated 17th August, 2023
- Final call money-cum-forfeiture notice dated 26th February, 2024
Despite these notices and reminders, the final call money for 14,459 partly paid-up equity shares remained unpaid.
The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on August 13, 2026, decided to forfeit these 14,459 partly paid-up equity shares on which call money has not been received by the company. The forfeiture is being done in accordance with the provisions of The Companies Act 2013, the Articles of Association of the company, and the Letter of offer.

Additional Context
The company noted that at its Annual General Meeting held on 27th August, 2024, it approved the sub-division of 1 equity share of face value of ₹10 each into 10 equity shares of face value of ₹1 each. Therefore, the 14,459 partly paid-up equity shares being forfeited are of ₹1 face value each.
