Details of the Original Contract Award

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had issued a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to the company on August 25, 2026. The contract was for the company to act as the contractor for the collection of user fees at the Paranur Fee Plaza located at km 52.820.

Details of Termination and Reasons

NHAI, vide its letter dated August 31, 2026, has withdrawn the aforementioned LOA. The reasons for withdrawal, as communicated by NHAI, are:

• The Paranur Fee Plaza is proposed to be brought under the Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Tolling System.
• The implementation of MLFF tolling at this plaza is expected by September 15, 2026, as informed by IHMCL.
• The Competent Authority of NHAI decided to withdraw the LOA in view of this impending implementation and also considering a request made by Hazoor Multi Projects Limited dated August 26, 2026.
