Hazoor Multi Projects Seeks Shareholder Nod for Independent Directors

Hazoor Multi Projects issued a postal ballot notice to seek shareholder approval for appointing two independent directors for five-year terms.
The company has scheduled remote e-voting from April 7 to May 6, 2026, with results to be announced by May 8, 2026.
The two independent director appointees are Kiran Vasantrao Kurundkar, a retired IAS officer, and Pradeep Kumar, a company secretary.
