The company has completed the sale/transfer of 5,500 equity shares in Square Port Shipyard Private Limited (SPSPL). This transaction was finalized on Monday, 27th July 2026.

Ownership Impact

The divested stake represents 3.67% of the total equity share capital of SPSPL. As a direct consequence of this transaction, SPSPL has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hazoor Multi Projects Limited. However, SPSPL continues to remain a subsidiary of the company.
