Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd board approved a corporate guarantee of ₹50 crore for wholly owned subsidiary Square Port Shipyard Private Limited.
The guarantee covers a ₹45 crore term loan and ₹5 crore cash credit facility from Bank of Baroda.
The corporate guarantee is disclosed as a contingent liability with no current financial impact on the listed entity.
