Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. has announced that its 100th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be distributed electronically to all eligible members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories. These documents will also be made available on the company's website.
The cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote through remote e-Voting during the AGM is set for August 11, 2026. The remote e-voting facility will be operational from August 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until August 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
