HCC Assigns ₹1,979 Cr Arbitration Awards to WOS

HCC executed a Deed of Assignment on March 31, 2026, transferring economic interest in arbitration awards worth ₹1,979.09 Crore to its WOS.
The net value of assets transferred is ~Nil, as the awards carry an equal underlying advance liability of ₹1,979.09 Crore.
The transfer was approved by the Authorisation Committee on February 12, 2026, following Board and EGM resolutions in Dec 2024 and Mar 2025.
The buyer, HCC Contract Solutions Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in 2009, engaged in claims management and dispute resolution.
