2. Appointment of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer
- Ms. Nayan Chug appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer
- Effective date: 13th August, 2026
- Qualified Company Secretary with approximately 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in corporate law compliances, statutory filings, corporate governance and regulatory matters
- Appointment made on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee
