Hindustan Copper Ltd's Board approved a work order to Ardee Engineering Limited for a new 3.0 MTPA Copper Concentrate Plant at Malanjkhand, Madhya Pradesh.
The contract is on a turnkey basis with a financial implication of Rs. 469.55 (plus GST) over a 27-month construction period.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015, following the 461st Board meeting held on 30 March 2026.
