The Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company has been closed from 1st July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results. This closure applies to Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Connected Persons as per the Company's Insider Trading code adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
No investor conference call will be held following the board meeting and results announcement.
