HCL Technologies Austria GmbH, a stepdown wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Technologies Limited, has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Robotic Process Automation d.o.o., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

The acquisition was completed at 4:58 p.m. IST on October 26, 2026.

This transaction follows the company's previous intimation letter dated September 28, 2026 regarding the acquisition agreement.
