Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Mr. Nityanand Singh of Nityanand Singh & Co., Company Secretaries, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process. The scrutinizer confirmed that the e-voting was unblocked and downloaded from NSDL's website at around 12:35 PM on August 12, 2026, in the presence of two independent witnesses. The scrutinizer verified that all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority.
