HCLTech Appoints Kimsuka Narsimhan Independent Director

HCL Technologies appointed Ms. Kimsuka Narsimhan as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective April 20, 2026.
The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and increases board diversity to over 54%.
Ms. Narsimhan was also appointed as a member of the company's Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee.
The new director brings 35 years of experience in finance, risk, and strategy from roles at Kimberly-Clark, PepsiCo, and Unilever.
