Community and Talent Development Initiatives
HCLTech hosted a graduation ceremony for learners completing its annual skills development program on October 7, 2026. Over the last five years (FY21-FY25), the company has supported nearly 500 students and learners, with approximately 50 participants joining HCLTech in full-time roles.
