Mr. Prakash Hiralal Parekh, Managing Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on November 06, 2026.

Clarification on Continued Roles

Mr. Parekh shall continue to hold the office of Managing Director of the Company. His resignation is restricted only to the position of Chief Financial Officer. There is no change in his position as Managing Director or as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Reason for Resignation

The resignation from the CFO position is for personal reasons, as stated in the attached resignation letter.
