Mr. Jimmy Tata (DIN: 06888364) has been proposed for appointment as a Non-Executive Director (Nominee Director of HDFC Bank Limited) on the Board of HDB Financial Services Limited
The Board of Directors approved the proposal at its meeting held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026
The appointment is for the period up to July 31, 2028
The appointment is subject to obtaining prior approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
The appointment is also subject to obtaining other applicable approvals, permissions and regulatory requirements
Upon receipt of RBI approval, the appointment shall be formally considered by the Board of the Company
