HDFC AMC's NRC approved 85,100 stock options at ₹2,313.90 and 29,200 PSUs at ₹5 on March 30, 2026.
Total grant covers 1,14,300 equity shares of ₹5 each under the ESOP & PSU Scheme – 2025.
Options vest over 4 years (10/20/30/40%), while PSUs vest back-loaded at 30%/70% in years 3 and 4.
