Mr. V. Suresh Babu, Head – Operations and Senior Management Personnel, tendered his resignation on July 31, 2026, requesting early retirement from corporate career to pursue personal interests. He was otherwise due for superannuation in June 2027. The resignation has been accepted by the Company.

On August 04, 2026, the Board based on recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee:

  • Noted the resignation of Mr. V. Suresh Babu
  • Approved reallocation of his role and responsibilities to existing Senior Management Personnel:
  • Mr. Sameer Seksaria – Head – Client Services
  • Mr. Naozad Sirwalla – Chief Financial Officer

  • Will be responsible for Operations and Information Technology functions in addition to existing role
  • Re-designated as Head – Operations
  • Associated with Company since December 2021 as Head - Corporate Client Services
  • Previous role: Director & Head – India Operations & Services at Franklin Templeton AMC
  • 28 years of experience spanning asset management, insurance, and engineering sectors
  • Held leadership roles in operations, client servicing, and business transformation
  • Professional qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata

Mr. Naozad Sirwalla:

  • Will be responsible for Administration function in addition to existing role as Chief Financial Officer
  • Associated with Company since December 2021 as Chief Financial Officer
  • Previous role: Chief Financial Officer at Lupa Systems Investment Advisors Private Limited
  • 30 years of experience spanning consulting, banking, NBFCs, and investment advisory
  • Held senior leadership positions including CFO and COO at organizations including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Investment Advisors Limited, KKR India Advisors Private Limited, and o3 Capital Global Advisory Private Limited
  • Professional qualifications: Chartered Accountant (AIR 29), qualified Company Secretary

Background on Mr. V. Suresh Babu

  • Associated with Company for 26 years since inception stage
  • Headed Operations team and oversaw Information Technology and Administration functions
  • Served as Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company's Wholly Owned Subsidiary, HDFC AMC International (IFSC) Limited in Gandhinagar, Gujarat
