HDFC Bank Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about a scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors. The meeting is set to be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Concurrently, the Bank has announced the closure of its trading window for securities. The closure is effective for all designated employees of the Bank and their immediate relatives. The window will remain shut from Wednesday, June 24, 2026, to Monday, July 20, 2026, with both dates inclusive. This action is in compliance with the Bank's internal code for dealing in securities, which is formulated pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The intimation is formally made to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited under the provisions of Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
