HDFC Life Allots 114,000 Equity Shares via ESOP

HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited has made an allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Schemes. The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment of 1,14,000 equity shares to eligible option holders on August 26, 2026. This allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the Company's various Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has been updated to ₹21,72,58,89,810 (Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy Two Crore Fifty Eight Lakh Eighty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Rupees). This capital comprises 2,17,25,88,981 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10.
