A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, 7th August 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Trading Window Closure

In continuation of the previous disclosure dated 25th June 2026 regarding closure of trading window, the company confirms that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
