Hemadri Cements Limited, which is in voluntary liquidation effective July 14, 2025, has intimated regarding its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on August 13, 2026, decided to hold the 44th AGM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote and participate in the AGM has been fixed as Tuesday, September 22, 2026, also pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
