Hemant Surgical Signs SKD Agreement with Sonomed Escalon USA

Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd. executed an SKD Manufacturing Agreement with Sonomed Escalon, USA for ophthalmic ultrasound diagnostic devices.
The agreement aims to undertake Semi Knocked Down assembly with a pathway to 100% localised manufacturing in India.
Sonomed Escalon will supply components at a preferential Transfer Price; no related-party relationship or shareholding exists between parties.
