Payment Receipt

The company has received an amount of ₹160.125 crore (Rupees One Hundred Sixty Crore Twelve Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) on 28.10.2026 from the successful bidder, M/s HyperVault AI Data Center Limited. This payment represents exactly 25% of the total sale consideration.

Payment Terms

The amount was received in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The balance sale consideration shall be received in accordance with the stipulated terms and timelines of the RFP document.
