Key Details of Appointment
The Board of Directors of Heranba Industries Limited, in its meeting held on November 7, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Rajib Mukhopadhyay as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.
The appointment is effective from January 1, 2027.
Profile of Appointee
Mr. Rajib Mukhopadhyay has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in the finance domain. His experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, textile, consulting, IT, and sports entertainment and media.
His expertise includes Fundraising, Treasury, Finance, Strategy and Business development. He has administered all financial aspects of companies during periods of high growth and has restructured accounting departments resulting in improvement in productivity.
Prior to this appointment, he served as CFO of Sutlej Textiles and Indofil Industries Limited. He has also closely supervised other subsidiary group companies and played a significant role in company group restructuring.
Educational Qualifications
Mr. Mukhopadhyay is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and has completed an Advance Management Programme from Harvard Business School, Boston.
