Heritage Foods Limited is in the process of acquiring an additional 5.60% equity share capital of Heritage Novandie Foods Limited (HNFL), its subsidiary company. This follows the company's previous communication dated July 16, 2026 regarding the proposed acquisition.

The share transfer process is currently underway and is expected to be completed within 45 days from the date of this communication (August 29, 2026).
