Heritage Foods Acquires 5.6% Stake in Subsidiary HNFL

Heritage Foods Limited ("the Company") has filed a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The disclosure provides an update on the Company's previously communicated plan to acquire an additional 5.60% of the equity share capital of its subsidiary, Heritage Novandie Foods Limited ("HNFL"). The earlier communications regarding this proposed acquisition were dated July 16, 2026 and August 29, 2026.

The Company has now paid the full purchase consideration for this acquisition on October 9, 2026. The process for the formal transfer of the aforesaid 5.60% equity shares is currently underway.
