Heritage Foods Completes 20% PBJL Acquisition

Heritage Foods Limited has completed the acquisition of an additional 20% equity share capital of Peanutbutter and Jelly Limited (CIN: U15400MH2022PLC377342) (PBJL). The equity shares were credited to the Company's demat account on July 27, 2026.

With this acquisition, PBJL has become a 71% subsidiary of Heritage Foods Limited with effect from July 27, 2026. This transaction follows the company's previous intimation dated July 16, 2026, regarding board approval for this acquisition.
