Voting Process and Methods Used

- Remote e-voting: The facility was open from 9:00 a.m. on July 31, 2026, to 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026.
- E-voting at the AGM: Members who attended the meeting but had not cast their votes remotely were provided an opportunity to vote during the meeting. The e-voting facility was kept open for 30 minutes for this purpose.
