VIDA Electric Mobility Business Performance

VIDA, Hero MotoCorp's Emerging Mobility business unit, dispatched 22,714 units in July 2026. The business expanded internationally with its first entry into Nepal. VIDA unveiled a refreshed brand identity called VOOM and introduced a new high-capacity 4.4 kWh variant offering enhanced range and performance.

Domestic ICE Business Performance

The domestic internal combustion engine business recorded dispatches of 478,689 units in July 2026, representing approximately 19% year-on-year growth compared to 401,171 units in the same period last year. This growth was driven by strong retail performance across key segments including Splendor, new Passion, Glamour X, and upgraded Super Splendor XTEC 2.0. The scooter portfolio showed significant growth led by Destini and Xoom series.

Marketing Initiative

The company launched a new marketing campaign for Hero Destini titled "Hero Ka Scooter, Scooter Ka Hero," which centers on imaginative storytelling highlighting the bond between a father and daughter, positioning Destini as a trusted family partner.

Global Business Expansion

The Global Business unit recorded dispatches of 32,013 units in July 2026. The company officially entered two new markets: Ecuador and Germany. The entry into Germany marks Hero MotoCorp's 53rd global market, reinforcing its strategy to deliver sustainable, premium mobility solutions to international markets.

Manufacturing and Supply Chain Development

Hero MotoCorp laid the foundation stone for its second state-of-the-art Global Parts Center (GPC) in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. This facility will serve as a strategic hub for domestic and export spare parts logistics. The expansion aims to scale up annual production capacity at the Tirupati plant, where 100% of Hero MotoCorp's EV portfolio is engineered and built.
