Hexaware Acquires CPS for Up to £11M

Hexaware Technologies approved acquiring Consulting Professionals Services for up to GBP 11 million to consolidate a key FTSE 100 client relationship.
The all-cash acquisition includes an upfront GBP 6.0M payment and GBP 5.0M in performance-linked payouts for the IT services firm.
CPS generated GBP 11.74M turnover from the FTSE 100 client in FY26 and strengthens Hexaware's regulatory compliance and tech consulting offerings.
The transaction is not a related party deal and is expected to close within two weeks from the board approval date.
