Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) announced agreement to acquire Consulting Professionals Services Holdings Ltd and its subsidiary CPS.
CPS, based in the UK and UAE, provides regulatory, infrastructure, governance, risk and transformation consulting to an FTSE 100 client of Hexaware.
The acquisition aims to consolidate client spend, expand AI and cloud transformation services, and add high‑performance talent in UAE and UK.
Transaction expected to close within two weeks, positioning Hexaware for market expansion across large enterprise accounts.
