The partnership will drive AI native transformation of key business areas of the SmartRent program through three connected workstreams.
Workstream 1: AI-native Customer Experience
Hexaware will elevate SmartRent's customer support operations with advanced Voice AI agents and intelligent orchestration across voice, email, and chat channels. This enhancement aims to drive higher customer satisfaction and service quality.
Workstream 2: Intelligent Bill-to-Cash Platform
Hexaware will deploy and manage an adaptive suite of bill-to-cash solutions that organize data, insights, actions, and people to deliver better revenue operations outcomes, specifically targeting improved Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Workstream 3: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Implementation
Hexaware will transform SmartRent's lead-to-order process by deploying Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. The implementation aims to achieve faster quote cycles, stronger pricing governance, and a unified view of the revenue pipeline, with focus on Total Cost of Ownership and measurable business impact.
