Key Certification Details

Hexaware Technologies has been certified by Analytics India Magazine (AIM) as a Best Firm for Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) talent to work for. The certification is based on feedback from 129 Hexaware AI architects drawn from talent developed through the company's AI Academy and Architecture Fellowship program.

Assessment Methodology

AIM's assessment used an anonymous employee survey covering 33 statements rated on a five-point scale and normalized to a 10-point score. The assessment measured five specific areas:

  • Customer and solution alignment
  • FDE delivery excellence and ownership
  • Growth and learning
  • Inclusion and belonging
  • Psychological safety

Performance Scores

Hexaware recorded an overall score of 8.42/10. Among the strongest individual measures were:

  • Outcome-based success measurement: 8.80
  • Production readiness: 8.74
  • Responsible AI voice and failure recovery: 8.69 each
