Hexaware Technologies Announces New President and Chief Platform Officer

Role and Responsibilities
In his capacity as President and Chief Platform Officer, Mr. Panchapakesan will be responsible for the development, integration, and scaling of Hexaware’s unified platform portfolio. The portfolio comprises four flagship offerings: Amaze® for cloud modernization, RapidX® for AI‑accelerated software engineering, Tensai® for agentic IT operations, and Agentverse™ for enterprise AI agents. He will also deepen Hexaware’s collaborations with AI ecosystem partners across the AI‑native software development lifecycle, oversee the roadmap and governance of the platforms, and drive enterprise‑scale adoption of the unified suite. All platforms will operate on major hyperscaler clouds—Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud—alongside native hyperscaler services.
Executive Background
Srinivasan Panchapakesan brings more than 35 years of industry experience, including over 27 years of service at Hexaware. Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Corporate Vice President & Global Delivery Head for Digital & Software. He is one of the principal architects, together with his team, behind the Amaze® and RapidX® platforms, which form the core of Hexaware’s platform‑led services strategy. His professional credentials include more than 200 certifications and a body of published thought leadership on platform strategy and AI‑native delivery. His experience spans complex engagements across banking, insurance, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors.
