Partnership Announcement

Hexaware Technologies Ltd (NSE: HEXT) announced on 8 Oct 2026 a multi‑year strategic partnership with Anthropic, under which Hexaware joins Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network as a Preferred Partner.

Integration of Claude

Through the agreement Claude, Anthropic’s flagship large‑language model, will be embedded at the core of Hexaware’s Zerovity™ AI‑native engineering platform and AgentVerse™ agent‑build and governance platform, which already hosts more than 600 pre‑built agents.

Workforce Capability

Hexaware reports having more than 1,100 professionals certified on Claude, and will expand Claude training across its delivery teams as part of the collaboration.

Service Offering

The partnership enables Hexaware to deliver outcome‑based AI services for enterprise IT operations and software engineering. Clients may choose either:

  • the Zero Friction Enterprise™ suite, aimed at reducing technical debt, security vulnerabilities, backlog items, support tickets, process bottlenecks and licence costs; or
  • direct integration of their development tools with the Zerovity™ harness, which provides token optimisation and built‑in software delivery agents.

Hexaware is also authorised to resell Claude via Amazon Bedrock.

Commercial Collaboration

Both firms will cooperate on go‑to‑market activities, joint solution development and customer deployments, with Hexaware leveraging its engineering talent to translate Claude’s capabilities into measurable production outcomes.
