Hindustan Foods Limited signed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire Ultra Beauty Care Private Limited's manufacturing business in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
The slump-sale acquisition covers ayurvedic, herbal, beauty care and cosmetic contract manufacturing for large FMCG and D2C brands; completion expected Q1 FY2026-27.
The 6-acre factory site will also host a new beverage manufacturing facility to unlock operating leverage and export-led BPC opportunities via Mumbai Port proximity.
