Board Decision

The Board of Directors of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, at its meeting held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the following reappointments subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing 24th Annual General Meeting:

1. Reappointment of Mr. Harendra Singh (DIN: 00402458) as Managing Director of the Company for a further term of five consecutive years effective from May 15, 2027 to May 14, 2032.

2. Reappointment of Mr. Vijendra Singh Choudhary (DIN: 01688452) as Whole-Time Director of the Company for a further term of five consecutive years effective from May 15, 2027 to May 14, 2032.
